Building Description
completed a gut renovation of the first two floors in early 2006 - everything was replaced including the electric and plumbing systems, central, AC, furnaces and hot water tanks, all walls (other than the brick walls) and floors, counters and appliances, doors and windows.
The second floor has been re-done to create a bright, warm, open, inviting space so we demolished a lot of walls to create a large great room and allow more natural light, moved the kitchen from the back of the unit to the middle of it, and left much of the brick walls in the unit exposed.
