We just got word that The 1850 Lofts in Boston’s Sowa District is auctioning off 35 units on June 28th at the Westin Boston Waterfront. Minimum bids start at $175,000 and have no buyers premium.

This morning I was fortunate enough to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony of the new Arlington T Stop. The sun was shinning and a good sized crowd of public officials as well as the general public were in attendance.
Everyone involved in the project did a tremendous job making this station more accessible to people of all abilities. The architect is Leers Weinzapfel Associates of Boston.

We just listed a stunning 1,124sq ft loft in the Fairburn Building located at 10 Kearney Square. It features a lofted Bedroom and 1 full bath.
