I just heard that the developer of The American Brewery Lofts in Jamaica Plain will be auctioning off 21 units on June 26th at the Colonade hotel in Boston.
Minimum bids start at $195,000 wich is 57% off of original asking prices.
I have been saying for a long time that these units are a great value for its close proximity to Boston and are only a few short steps away to the E line.
