Rendering for proposed “Sommervision” development in Sommerville

Somerville’s Mayor Joe Curtatone outlined his vision for a new neighborhood and commercial area in Union Square. The project scope could be a $90 million dollar transformation that could potentially add hundreds of new housing units and be a huge boost to the economy which is great news to homeowners and Somerville residents. “Somervision” This ambitious plan still needs to clear 2 hurdles with the board of alderman and the state needing to give approval.
