285 Columbus Lofts

The 285 Columbus Lofts are the newest development from Curtis R. Kemeny of Boston Residential Group.  The 8 story former office building has been converted to 63 new luxury loft condos and 10,000 sq ft. of retail space. The Earle building as it was known sits on the corners of Columbus and Clarendon and is in walking distance to many of the sites  and attractions of both the South End and the Back Bay.
