Our Service

Once you contact Lofts.com for your student rental search we will have one of your agents contact you to discuss your specific needs.  The more information they have the better they will be able to assist you.  Whether you are looking for a Studio Apt in a low rise building or a Luxury Apt in a Doorman building we can help pre-screen the Apartments that best cater to your specific wants and needs.

There are many options available to you and we will continue to work with you until your 100% satisfied.  We will never ask you to settle!

What you need in order to rent an Apartment:

Once we have found you the perfect place we will need to submit paperwork with an application to secure the Apt.  The rental market in Boston for Student housing is very competitive so it is best to prepare all your paperwork ahead of time so you can be ready when to move quickly once you have found your perfect Apt.

For most student rental housing a Co-signor or Guarantor is required.  This is typically a family member or friend and is someone who will be financially responsible for the Apartment.  Every student rental apartment is different but usually they will need to fill out a standard application and also provide some level of financial information.

Typically a deposit of 1 months’ rent is need to take a unit off the market so make sure to have funds available to you as waiting 2-3 days to get your funds in order can cause you to lose out on your apartment.
